2010 might be the Year of the Homemade Marshmallow around here. I am loving the simple process, feeling brave whilst working with molten sugar, and most of all, the taste of homemade marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate. oh yum.
This quiche is a recipe from my mom, we eat it for dinner as a refrigerator cleaner about every other week. This week we ate quiche in order to celebrate the the new star shaped pan.
