Good eating

P made saag last week for dinner. Oh my it was good.
At the end of a beautiful and snowy weekend in the mountains, I became a convert to pineapple and jalapeƱo pizza.This orange, star shaped silicon pan coming home with me after a quick trip to a Le Crueset outlet shop.
What better way to celebrate a star shaped pan than the creation of a Deborah Madison pecan and blueberry coffee cake.
